Expanded Learning, Enrichment, and District Partnerships
GLAEF is focused on the advancement of out-of-school learning time, school-day enrichment and expanded learning, which is critical in broadening students' horizons, cementing new concepts, and exposing youth to new opportunities.
Stitch
To help students have access to the vast network of enrichment services, GLAEF and a coalition of partners have developed Stitch. It is a searchable database profiling youth programming and services throughout LA County. It captures diverse organizations across all disciplines, program types, and focus areas that share the commitment of serving local youth.
Regional Partnerships
We work with a coalition of regional partners to develop new strategies to support district partnerships with non-profit service providers, aligned agencies, cultural institutions, and more to ensure all students have access to robust, dynamic, and diverse expanded learning opportunities.
