LACOE Employees
Voluntary Payroll Deduction for Charitable Giving
LACOE employees can support LACOE-related programs or events that serve children and youth through voluntary payroll deductions. Charitable Donations can be directed to the Greater Los Angeles Education Foundation (GLAEF), LACOE’s philanthropic partner.

GLAEF will work with LACOE Payroll to arrange for the deduction on a 10-month basis, from October – July.

If you are interested in arranging for a deduction to GLAEF to support LACOE programs and events, please complete the Voluntary Payroll Deduction for Charitable Giving Authorization Form and return to GLAEF staff at info@greaterlaedfund.org.

LACOE Signature Fund @GLAEF Funding Requests
LACOE departments interested in event sponsorship or program support may submit a funding request through the LACOE Signature Fund @GLAEF Funding Request Form. Funding requests will be accepted on a rolling basis.
GLAEF will review incoming funding requests as they are received, adhering to a first-come, first-serve basis. Initial evaluation will focus on completeness and adherence to any specified guidelines and availability of funds. Funding decisions will be made weekly, allowing for continuous support throughout the year.
LACOE departments can expect a response within a week of their funding request submission. GLAEF will notify the point of contact of the selected requests on Thursdays. The response will communicate the status of their request and next steps.
